SX-80A High Speed LFK Spring Coiling Machine is an auto machine in making LFK mattress springs, lt combines coiling, end coil shaping ,heating and outputting total procedures in one machine.
SX-80A is our newest pivotal model for making LFK mattress spring units. The speed is at 80 springs one minute,The coiler SX-80A utilizes a fully integrated computerized Programmable logic controller (PLC) and servo control system. All machine functions include wire feeding length, coil shaping, heat treatment, lubrication and self-protecting are automatically controlled.
Both the electrical parts and the structure of the machine are up to the CE. so that it is more safe and user-friendly.
